- Read the tasks very well
- Research the location on Google
- Watch the picture of the pipeline/RPZ/Meter very well before leaving to the location
- Go to the location find the RPZ/Meter and take pictures
- Check previous history do history check and find the phone number
- Call the customer before knocking the door
- Knock on the door of the resident if possible
- Call Natalie to find you the phone number if you did not get the phone number of the customer
- When get into contact with the customer ask the customer if they had recently work on the water pipeline or hire a plumber to work on the pipeline on the property
- Advise the customer to reach out to the water department directly in the future if any needs arise regarding the water
- Inform the customer that due to the changes made to the water Pipeline and the meter the water department will return to install a new device and charges may apply. Additionally the customer may need to hire a plumber to reconnect it
