WATER PUD/ METER

  1. Read the tasks very well
  2. Research the location on Google
  3. Watch the picture of the pipeline/RPZ/Meter very well before leaving to the location
  4. Go to the location find the RPZ/Meter and take pictures
  5. Check previous history do history check and find the phone number
  6. Call the customer before knocking the door
  7. Knock on the door of the resident if possible
  8. Call Natalie to find you the phone number if you did not get the phone number of the customer
  9. When get into contact with the customer ask the customer if they had recently work on the water pipeline or hire a plumber to work on the pipeline on the property
  10. Advise the customer to reach out to the water department directly in the future if any needs arise regarding the water
  11. Inform the customer that due to the changes made to the water Pipeline and the meter the water department will return to install a new device and charges may apply. Additionally the customer may need to hire a plumber to reconnect it
