PROPERTY DAMAGE REPORT

1. Find who reported the damage WP/WM/Caller
2. Locate the address take a screenshot
3. Create SR or use the existing SR
4. Write down the information- reporter/address/phone number / Property owners name/property management company.etc
5. Pull out the ACIR form
6. Write down the skeleton note
7. Drive to the location
8. Observe and take pictures
9. Talk to the property manager or the property owner ask what really happened
10. Right down the report
11. Attach report to Sr copy the report and paste in the comment
12. Send the report to Natalie for a review
13. Get it community – any other group to contact none change to property manager
14. Send the report to Route managers
15. Reassign the SR to Natalie
