Find who reported The spill – WP/WM/Caller
Request for GPS and the truck number
Locate the address and the streets in the neighborhood that the spill happen
Create a SR1 or SR2 or use the existing SR
Drive to the location – drive around and quickly identify the spill spots
Take pictures
Write down every single information – example address, truck number, property manager’s name etc
Call Marcelo/routs managers/property manager
SR2 talk to the driver / mechanic/witness
Talk to the property manager
Write the report /ACIR Form
Attach the report to the SR/Copy the report and paste into the comment
Gated communities/any group to contact change none to property manager
Public Roadway – 2 , 3 ,5 = Road Maintenance
Reassign the SR1 to Natalie
Reassign the SR2 to Natalie
